Highlights of Some of Projects done at PROMPT

I built a six station indexing volumetric filling and capping line with a wrap around label which was spot glued folded in line running at 15 per minute (180,000/week, 9,360,000/year). The project was completed after 14,000,000 packages were completed for Nestle Foods. Three engineers came to approve the project and I was asked if I wore an engineer ring as the line was unanimously approved by all. Nestle was very content with my idea and that I helped with a solution to their problem. (Ron Jameson-Sales Manager)

A marketing company wanted advice on how to attach a free razor onto a blister card and I created a die punched special shape to insert the handle through the front of the card. The handle after insertion rested neatly between two batteries and was then spot glued at the back of the card with removable glue. The only cost was the die cutting cards and assembly of the razor and glue to handle. The customer was amazed at the simplicity of my idea. There were no additional costs to the blister or the shipper. (Ron Jameson-Sales Manager)

Assembly Project

We received components to assemble two separate sections of a bow+screw
attach two grip handles
wrap with special grip tape
assemble attachments by several mini-screws
connect the two sections with pins

*Note: Our work on this project led us to another less complicated project with the same customer to cover 2000 kits as we were both accurate and on time with our delivery.
